Patients check-in through the app, website or walk-in... Urgent and Emergency Care centers manage patient flow to rooms plus check-out with PM/EMR Integration... Admins manage and review Analytics.

Get in Line
The app is very easy to navigate. When first opened, the main button allows for patients to search for the nearest Urgent Care center.
Location Lookup
The patients current Geo Location from their phone is matched with the closest Urgent or Emergency Care location.
Patient Check-In Info
Patients manage and enter demographic information which provides the center initial information about the patient.
Check-In Status
The app will show the users current place in line with a button allowing the patient to review more details and directions.
SMS Text Notification
When the patient has entered into the Ready Queue, they will receive an Email, SMS Text or Voice notification to come to the center.
Check-In Details
Patients can get driving directions to the center, view their current status in line and remove themselves if they can't make it.
